Detailed Description

Lexical cast testing.

I've added some extension types and I rely upon them to support boost::lexical_cast<> Either by adding a specific << and >> operations or a direct lexical_cast<> specialisation.

Then the next issue is given a boost::any containing a type, I need to convert to a string and lexical_cast<> that to a string.
